Hello all,

I use DCG on WP3,

i have correctly installed the plugin and add the code on the front page of my template.

The settings are by default, using "pages" gallery method (5 pages ids)

I have inserted the complete urls of the pictures on my 5 pages.

DCG slide correctly the 5 pages with pane description but only 2 images of 5. When the image is not shown, i see a little white dot on the center of the big black square.

When i open the source code of my front page, i see the images urls and if i paste these urls in the address bar, the pictures appears correctly.

I have this bug with Firefox and with the preview navigator of CSS Edit, but with Safari it's ok.

My apologies for my bad English… I hope someone can help me to solve this problem Embarassed

Hello,

Here is an online version of my website, where you'll can see the problem.

http://www.gites-jales.fr/cureboursil

With Firefox some images appears, and some other not ; just a little white point. The thumbs of the navigation bar are ok

With Safari, all the images are ok, but the thumbs are not…

Hi Mickael,

Your site and DCG are loading fine for me on FF 3.5.9. However, the site is slow, mainly because the DCG images are huge. For example, soleil-3.jpg is 1024 x 660px and a huge 473kb – and this is just one of the 5 or so images in the DCG. My recommendation is to resize the images using a photo editor (or even WP's built-in image editor) so that the dimensions match the size of the gallery and the filesize is smaller. Note – some browsers will time-out with slow-loading (ie large) content.
