To use Jquery with "Multi Option" (with the default category images) under Gallery method and the "Full Url" option under image management the "dynamic-content-gallery-plugin/includes/dfcg-gallery-constructors-jq-smooth.php" needs to be adjusted.

Change "dynamic-content-gallery-plugin/includes/dfcg-gallery-constructors-jq-smooth.php" line 208:
From:

$image_src = $def_img_folder_url . $key;

To:

$image_src = $def_img_folder_url . $key . '.jpg';

Otherwise it tries to pull the image catid without putting ".jpg" at the end.

Example: Cat is 7 so it looks for file "7" instead of file "7.jpg". After changes are made everything works great. Hope that helps.
