I have WPMU set up and would like to display All the posts (top 10) across ALL the sites on the main home page
Main home page: http://decemail.com/
Main site posts page: http://decemail.com/news-and-updates/
These are the post i want to show on the main home page too:
Sub Site post page: http://decemail.com/mensministry/blog/

using WordPress 3.0.3.
DCG Version: 3.3.5
Image Management: auto
Carousel Thumbnails: post-thumbnails
Gallery Method: one-category
Descriptions: auto
Javascript Options: mootools
Load Scripts: Page ID => 19
Tools – Error Message options: on

will the feature ever be added?
there is a log of talk in the documentation about WPMU version but there is no functionality for it?
so what is available to WPMU users?

The fact that it works in Multisite. Until the WP / WPMU code merge, many plugins didn't work in WPMU.

Frankly, adding site-wide support isn't something I've considered, and I'm not sure what my take on this is yet. I'll give it some thought.
