DCG Meta box inside the WordPress Edit Pages

After upgrading to DCG 3.3.3 (and upgrading to Genesis 1.4) I cannot find the DCG Meta box inside the WordPress (Version 3.0.1) Edit Pages. I get this error message:

DCG Error Message 18: DCG Metabox Image does not exist. Default Image does not exist. Error Image displayed instead.
Rating: Non-critical. This error does not prevent the gallery from working properly.
Fix: Enter an image URL in the DCG Metabox Image URL field for this Post/Page. You should also create Default images as described in the Configuration Guide.

All I see on the right side of the Edit Page window is Publish, Page Attributes, Sidebar Selection, and Featured Image; but NO DCG Meta box to enter in the URL field for images.

Hi Doug,

I've answered this on the Studiopress forum, but check your Screen Options tab (top RH corner of Page Editor screen) to make sure that DCG Metabox appears here and is checked.
