Hi Ade

I'm running the latest version 3 of Wordpress along with Genesis Lifestyle theme.  I have just upgraded from classic lifestyle and featured content gallery.

I uploaded and setup DCG.  I set it to show specific posts by adding the Post ID to the pages section.  All works except that not all the images show and I have DCG error message 4.

Trouble is on the post page I do not have the DCG metabox as described elsewhere on this site.  I do have a Featured Image Box and tried setting the featured image, but that didn't work.

I have tried disabling all my plugins – didn't work either.

Hi Jill,

The DCG metabox doesn't appear in the Write Posts screen when you use the Pages Gallery Method. Temporarily change to One Category, then go to the relevant posts' Write Post screen and add the image URL to the DCG Metabox (which will now be visible thanks to the gallery method change). Once you've done this, change back to the Pages Method.

 

Yes, it's a bit of a PITA and will be fixed in the next release.
