Hi. New site. done just 3 posts. Activated DCG but it says…



I deactivated all plugins, then just activated DCG but still got the same error. I also deleted the plugin and reuploaded via ftp. still no change

WP version 3.1.1 DCG version 3.3.5 Studio Press Genesis Lifestyle theme.

Jill,

Can't see any sign of the DCG on your site. Have you deactivated it?

Hi Ade

Yes, I had to deactivate it as I had directors of easyJet wanting to inspect the site, and I couldn't have it showing an error.

I have now reactivated it and seem to have it working ok now!

The only thing I did this morning that was different was to go to the gallery method section and actually click save, even though I had not changed anything.

Strange, because I have never had to do that before.

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad it's working now.

Please clarify – what triggered the problem? Upgrading WP or the DCG?

Hi Ade

It was a new install! I had left the default settings, as soon as I clicked save, even without changing anything, it worked.
