Is it already possible to enable an option so that the description box adjusts its size to the size of the description text? Got my settings on "manual" description by the way.

O and it'd be nice if one could stop the slide moving on by hovering over it with the mouse.

If you use jQuery, the description box (Slide Pane) automatically adjusts its height. The nootools script doesn't do any automatic resizing.

Thanks a lot! That helped. I have two remaining 'problems':

-I'd like the slider to stop moving when it's hovered over with the mouse. Is that possible?
-The clickable area of the arrows now takes half the area of the whole slider. Is there a way to reduce the size of the clickable area of the arrows?

Pause on hover isn't an option and I doubt it will become one with the current scripts – they would need significant rewriting.

Yes, you can adjust the arrows' clickable area. See my first answer in this thread.
