Why does my Dynamic Content Gallery not work when it's the only plugin?

I have deleted all the plugins that I have other than askimet, and Hello Dolly and my Gallery still only shows the thumbnails.

The images show when I switch from mootools to jquery.

I submitted this problem to the studiopress forum and the moderator said it was a javascript error. The issue was never resolved.

I have the News Theme template. Does this gallery work with this template? I am confused to why this plugin does not work for my site.

Hi!

That Studiopress moderator was me. Smile See? You get direct access to the "source" with Studiopress!

I think the only way I can sort this out is to look at your admin. If you want, you can send me an admin login and password via PM.

I think I have the same problem – my theme requires the use of a hideable region called 'Resources' where I place all my links. The DCG doesn't work unless I disable the resources section… How can I get both to work? Do I need to set new variables etc? I have no idea!?

Angela,

Does this Resources section use javascript? If so, there's probably a javascript conflict. Try switching the DCG to using jQuery in the DCG Settings page > Javascript Framework options.

What was the fix to what? In ericareid's case, there was something specific in her setup, from what I remember.
