using DCG as a web portal.

I am using DCG 3.3.5 and Wordpress 3.1. I might be able to figure this out on my own, but is there a way to replace the posted content with DCG so as to use DCG as a sort of website portal, but without any title or post above or below DCG?

An example of this can be seen here: http://www.covofgrace.org/ After I saw the site I could tell that it was professionally done and then I wondered if I could replicate it.

The site you linked to is using the DCG therefore, yes, you could replicate this look on your site.
