Trouble with One Category and Default Images

Hi

No matter what settings I go through I can't get the gallery to pull default images. I HAVE to set the exact images in the post. What I'm trying to achieve is using the One Category setting and choosing ALL categories. I am aiming for a more CMS setting where it will just pull the latest post and use my default images.

I've tried creating images for for every category, naming them the correct ID#.jpg ie – 1.jpg 2.jpg 5.jpg etc. No matter what I do I always get the error #4 that it can't find the images. However, when I manually set the images in each post using the same urls, it get's them right away.

My Settings/Versions:

WordPress 3.0.1

Your active key Settings:
Image File Management: full URL
Gallery Method: one-category | Default Images folder is: http://www.cadrugrehabcenter.com/wp-content/uploads/slider/
Slide Pane Description: manual
Page Source Error messages: on | Javascript Framework used: mootools
Scripts restricted to: Home Page

I'm thinking it may be having trouble because I'm using One Category, but selecting All?

Just a thought.

P.S. just starting with Genesis and Dynamic Content Gallery and digging it so far.

Hi,

Yes – if you select All in One Category, you can only have one default image which must be named all.jpg. You may be better off using the Multi Option gallery setting and then teh default images you have already created should work fine.
