I have a RED band in my plug in area with this message:

Warning! This version of Dynamic Content Gallery requires that your theme supports the WP Post Thumbnails feature. Read more here.

I am trying to install the Dynamic Content Gallery onto my WP 3.0.1 Thesis themed site,
http://www.itssoverycheri.com

We have it on our other site http://www.thediyclub.com (it was installed by a designer, not myself)

All of the setting on http://www.itssoverycheri.com are the same as the diy club settings.

I have:

added to the Feature Box of OpenHook

What am I missing, it is not installing.

I don't know enough about Thesis to know how you should deal with its specifics, but in a normal theme, you just need to put this code in your theme's functions.php:

add_theme_support(post-thumbnails');

I suggest you ask the Thesis devs how you should add this code to their theme…
