Hello,
This plugin is the absolute best in terms of front-office rendering and back-office layout and options. I have tried pretty much every single one I could find to display a carrousel and there is just no competition for this one. The only thing I wish it had, is the possibility to have multiple galleries… But having one that works beats having many that don't, so i'm still very satisfied with this solution.

Now that i've got it up and running, I am trying to get the highest possible score in YSlow and PageSpeed and i've noticed that the image sizes in the carrousel are not defined. As you know, its best practice to define image height and width in the tag.

Is there any way this could be worked into the rendering of the slideshow for both the main images and the thumbnails?

I have absolutely no knowledge of JQuery… etc and wouldn't dare touch this very stable and efficient code.

Is there an other solution I may have missed?

Thanks for your great work,
C.

Hi,

Glad you like the plugin!

If you are using Mootools, and have selected Post Thumbnails in the Image Management tab, the height and width are added to the thumbnail IMG tag. In all other cases, this info isn't added.

I'm currently reworking the code for the next release and, hopefully, I'll address this for teh other thumbnail/script options.
