Please include details of the version of WP or WPMU, and your URL, when asking questions. Thanks!

Hi all,
I have been searching the forum and have seen almost the answer to my question but not quite :)

I am using WP 3.01, DCG 3.2.3, Thesis theme 1.7 and Menubar 4.7
What I am trying to do is get rid of the padding between all 3 of these plugins.
I saw the one answer for the custom.css and I think that is the way to go but I am not using the standard NAV Bar so the code is not working.
The site is wearyourvibe.com and any and all help is appreciated.

Tks
Taz

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean, exactly. Can you link to a sceenshot of what the layout should look like?

Hi,
On the website, there is a space between the nav bar, the header tag and the DCG box.
What I am trying to do is get rid of the space between the header and the DCG box.
In the forum on a previous post, the user asked for the code to move it up to the nav bar.
and this was accomplished by adding the code to the custom.css style sheet.
I am not sure how to link to something that does not exist yet :)

You need to reduce the padding-bottom of #header. Yes, you can do this in your custom css. It's currently 2em. Try 1em.

This isn't a plugin support issue, by the way… A tip: use Firefox and install the Firebug add-on. It's an essential tool for seeing the CSS that controls each element on the page. I couldn't do any web developmnet without it. :-)
