I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and having a couple issues with DCG:

1) None of the slides are hyperlinked, although they are in other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari

2) I cannot scroll left and right in the carousel

Hi! Please provide the main DCG settings you are using:
Image Management
Gallery Method
Load Scripts option
And how you have added the DCG to your theme. Are you using the widget, or have you added the DCG template tag to a template file?

Thank you for your reply! Here are my settings (version 3.3.5)

Image Management – Full URL

Gallery Method – Multi-option (category selected is featured 1, featured 2, etc.)

Load Scripts – Home page only

DCG is added via template tag to the "Home" template

Okay, IE8 have error with couple files: ui.resizable.js and ui.mouse.js. In folder stringvisions.ovationpress.com/wp-includes/js/jquery. What version wordpress you use?
And what code you use for added the DCG to your theme? I can't see. You use DCG template tag in page.php right?
For posting code use tags: (code) your code here… (/code). Only instead "(" and ")" use "<" and ">"

P.S. What plugin you use for enlarge images? like this for example: http://stringvisions.ovationpress.com/2011/05/unde…..visionary/

Thanks again for the help. Sorry I'm a little slow to respond. Last couple days were so busy.

I see the errors that you talk about in IE as well. The browser tells me that "Object doesn't support this property or method" (ui.mouse.js) and "ui.mouse" is null or not an object for ui.resizable.js.

I am using Wordpress 3.1.3.

I installed the plugin and do the management from the DCG settings panel. The code that I added is below. I added it to home.php

<?php if ( is_active_sidebar('homeslider') ) dynamic_sidebar('homeslider'); ?>
<?php if ( is_active_sidebar('hometop') ) dynamic_sidebar('hometop'); ?>

For the enlarged images I used Lightview plus plugin.

Does this information help at all? The plugin works great in every other browser other than IE. However, many people still use IE so I really want to be able to get this working for those people…

May be it's wordpress, cause I use wodpress 3.0.5, and DCG and I haven't this problem.
Try use wordpress 3.0.5 with DCG on localhost(your pc). If this will be working correctly, just do the downgrade for wordpress on your site. And write here your result please, interesting)

Does anyone have any other ideas why Internet Explorer has these problems with DCG? I've seen it on other sites and it works with it.

So, in IE8 on your PC, when you view other sites which have the DCG it looks fine, but not when you view yours? If so, then your site is the issue, not IE8. You will need to identify the issue by elimination, ie disable your other plugins etc and see if a conflict is the root cause.
