Hello,
I've searched a bit everywhere and can't found what's happening with my installation. i've installed Dynamic Content Gallery but it doesn't work, 'cuz when I modify the settings, it always change it back to default, and I'm unable to save :(
I've tried deactivating all plugins, delete it, reinstall it, it never worked :/
Could you help me?

OfflineHi,
Which version of the plugin are you using? Are you using it with WP or Multisite? What version of WP are you using? (Yes, the more info you can provide, the better!)
Are you saying that when you change a setting, then Save, the change doesn't stick? You can try resetting the plugin settings (checkbox near bottom of Settings page), Save Chnages, then make your changes to the settings.

I sue Wordpress 3.1 and DCG 3.2.2 (www.nitoo.net) (I reinstalled it avec installing the last version which made my website crash).
Even when I reset the settings, it came back to some settings it has in memory (like partial url, and things like that).
There's no error on the top of the screen nor in the sourcecode :/

Ok, then the only option is to delete the plugin via the Dashboard>Plugins menu. First deactivate it, the delete it once deactivated (you must do this via the Dashboard>Plugins menu). Then install v3.3.1 again and see what happens. Note: if you delete via FTP then the database options are NOT removed – which will result in problems when you reinstall.

I still have the issue described above. And there is no erros anywhere.
I might need to check some general WordPress settings, but everything looks fine.
Any ideas?
Hi,
Did you upgrade to 3.3.2 (released yesterday)?

Did it, it saves the option now but… The gallery is black, and my homepage gain like 10 times its lenght :/
I checked the wp_head thing it seems ok.
The restricted options too (load only in the homepage)
So still a bit lost
Looking at your site now I can see a black box. Checking the Page Source, all the gallery markup seems fine. This suggests a javascript conflict. So, switch the DCG to jQuery (DCG Settings>Javascript options) and see what happens.

OfflineHave you tried disabling your other plugins? The issue is definitely a javascript conflict.

With every plugin deactivated, still the same problem :/
All I can suggest is that you send me a WP admin login and password and I'll take a look this evening. (Send it via PM)

OfflineHi,
Ok, the problem was very simple.
Your header.php contained this:
which means that jQuery gets loaded twice – once by the above code and once by my plugin. Correct WP practice for loading js is to use wp_enqueue_script() which avoids this problem.
Anyway, your DCG is now working.
