I am literally about to lose my mind!!! PLEASE HELP! I have installed the plugin correctly. Received an error message and fixed it by entering the add_theme_support('post-thumbnails'); code in my function.php file per instructed. Added the code in my home.php file. Configured the settings as followed:
Image management: full url
Carousel Thumbnails: Legacy
Gallery Method: Id Method
Descriptions: auto
Javascript options: Mootools (Which brought up the black box. Tried the other option and got nothing!)
Load Script: Home page
Tools: Error Message On
I disabled all of my plugins and only had the DCG activated thinking that is was a plugin conflict somewhere… and again… NOTHING BUT A BLACK BOX.
PLEASE HELP ME!
