I can't find any documentation that says if this is supposed to work this way but…

I assign my featured posts to one-category named "Homepage Images".  Everything works great in the gallery on my homepage, but the posts I assign to that category don't show up on my blog page?

Is it supposed to work this way? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

You don't mention the theme you're using, nor did you give your URL – so I can only guess.

The DCG is independant of any configuration of any blog pages etc. Is your blog page setup to pull in posts from the Homepage Images category?

Sorry – Site is http://www.wordwealthy.com and theme is Headway.

I'm using a static page for homepage and blog page is called "Writing and Marketing Tips".

Forgive my ignorance, but how can I tell whether blog page is set up to pull in posts from all categories?

To answer your question with a question, how did you set up your blog page? Frankly, this is a theme support question. What does the theme author say?

Hi-

 

My developer is not being helpful or responsive on this issue.  

 

I'd really appreciate any help you can offer to figure out why this is happening.

 

I just want the one-category posts in DCG to *not* disappear from my blog.  Is that possible?
