I have a sugestion SEO whise.
A problem that i see the plugin have is a really simple one. The plugin doesn't set the widht and height attributes to the image on the HTML, what makes Google Speed give me a "44" score for that point. That is a REALLY bad score i would say, for something so small :S

Speaking of SEO, i am using W3 Total cache, and it would be usefult to allow user to completely disable CSS code generation in rendered HTML, instead providing link for PHP file generating CSS which can be minified together with the rest of CSS.
Also, post which are excluded form DCG should be not counted when using "MULTI OPTION Settings", so i can have newest posts from categories featured, without need to manually adjust numbers after posting excluded post.
