Hi,
I use the latest version of Wordpress and I've tried both DGC 3.3, the version previous to that and 3.3.1. I don't seem to get the plugin to work properly.
The only thing that will load on my DGC settings page is General, Image management and Gallery Method. I have tried to re-install the plugin via Wordpress, but still the same problem.
Now, I'm not sure the rest of the settings I'm unable to use will help (first-time user of this plugin) but all I can get now when activating the plugin and posting, is a blank rectangular shape.
I currently use the latest version of Firefox.

Hi,
That sounds very strange indeed.
Firstly, temporarily diable your other plugins – then see if the DCG's admin settings page loads properly. There should be a row of tabs: Image Management, Gallery Method, Descriptions, Gallery CSS, Javascript Options, Load Scripts, Tools, Help. See screenshot below.
If that doesn't work, then something must be going wrong with the installation process. How are you uploading it? Manually via FTP, or via the Dashboard > Plugins > Add New?
We need to sort out this admin issue before dealing with the configuration.

Hi,
I tried to re-install from WP instead of via FTP and still got the same problem. Also tried to temporarily disable all other plugins – nothing changed.
Took two screenshots of my DGC settings page. The first is at the top of the page and the second is at the bottom of the page. Doesn't look like it should at all? :-S

Hi,
Looks like the admin javascript isn't being loaded properly. However, this shouldn't interfere with the working of the admin page. In other words, instead of being in nice tabs, there will just be a long, long, options page. Is this the case? Do the options save correctly?

No, the options doesn't save and the page only shows down to "MULTI OPTION settings" (as in the image above).
I've now tried both Safari and Firefox, same result.

Hi,
Ok, understood. Are you sure that disabling other plugins doesn't help? If it doesn't, and you have already tried reinstalling the DCG via FTP and via the Dashboard, there must be something else causing the problem – either your theme or your WP install.
So, try this:
1. Switch to TwentyTen theme and see what happens
2. If #1 makes no difference, reinstall WP.
