The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
This is what i get when i deactivated then reactivated plugin, i found out it conflicts somewhere where as it didnt before?
When i publish an article or try to update settings in the dashboard my pages go to whitespace in all browsers, when i deactivate plugin it all works fine, funny thing is all updates or articles published work except it doesnt go back to page it goes to whitespace, anyone have a solution for this?

Sounds like the files got corrupted during download (though it's not clear from your post exactly what you upgraded).
Delete the existing version of the plugin via FTP and download a fresh copy from wordpress.org/extend/plugins.
