Hey guys … great plug-in.
Having a recurring error on a few sites where if there is fresh upload of an image inserted into the post … all is good. If we try and insert an image that has been previously uploaded from the WP Media Gallery … we get the black error screen. Viewing the source code … they are the same URL though.
Any thoughts?

Glad you like the plugin. 
The image must be attached to the post. Can you explain what you mean by "If we try and insert an image that has been previously uploaded from the WP Media Gallery…"? I can then try to reproduce what is happening.

The image is definaly attached to the post … but our issue is if we want to use an image that is already in the Media Library … when we insert that into the post aas the "featured image" and publish we get the black error screen for that post.
