I noticed a few days ago that our image gallery on the front page of our website was flicking between two articles rather than 6 like it was supposed to. I went in to look at the settings and saved and now it is frozen on one panel and I can't seem to get it to budge (using Safari and Firefox).

There may possibly be a javascript conflict but I would have thought the whole thing wouldn't work in that case. I've recently added an Aweber mailing list form (essential and not a plug in but does use javascript), Wibiya and Google+ and Pinterest buttons in my widgets.

Any other thoughts on how to fix this? I can't really get rid of these. What other options do I have?

cheers,

Cas

Hi,

Try switching the DCG to jQuery (DCG Settings page > Javascript Options tab).

Before you do that, check your site in other browsers too – just in case it is browser related.

I have gone through a process of deactivating and reactiving plugins, other javascript etc and it has not changed anything. I also reset all the settings and redid them.

We did find this (see code below)… This is when it's on One Category = Featured Posts. Why does it say the images are excluded when I haven't checked them as excluded? When I changed it to a different category=news, it worked fine. I then changed it to Multi-category so it would pick up the other posts. Anyway, it's fixed for now but there is something dodgy going on.

cheers,

Cas
