So, I love DCG…but I can not get these gray margins on the left and right of the DCG to go away. I will not take the default image sizes and make it the full length of the of the specified length of the DCG css. Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of it?
I am currently using:
- Wordpress 3.0.4
- Thesis 1.8
- Dynamic Content Gallery 3.3.5
My website is: http://musicproducerinfo.com
I have read all the related forums, messed with my custom CSS, and resized the images. Any help that anyone can offer would greatly be appreciated!

OfflineHi,
Glad you like the plugin. :-)
You need to remove or reduce the padding that your theme is using on #feature_box.

OfflineWhy are you targetting .custom #feature_box? #feature_box alone should do it.

OfflineI don't know enough about Thesis to know how you are supposed to add custom CSS. Looking at your site with Firebug, your new CSS isn't being picked up at all. What do the Thesis authors say about adding cutsom CSS?

OfflineThat file has nothing to do with the display of the gallery – it's for the DCG Settings page. Also, don't modify the plugin – this is a theme CSS issue. The CSS I gave you will work, you just need to find out how to add custom CSS to Thesis.

That is the weird thing. In thesis there is a custom css and custom functions page were you can modify the scripting for the theme with there. See screen shot:

OfflineIs your other custom CSS working correctly?
One thing I notice from your screeenshot is that there is a spare ; character before the closing } of the .custom #feature_box CSS you are trying to use. Try removing that and see what happens.

This may be the never ending thread:
I took out the extra ";". Nothing.
I took out the ".custom #Featurebox" css group. Nothing
I swapped in the first group and removed the other "#featurebox" css group. Nothing
I out of ideas. Any other suggestions.
Thanks again for all of your help and replies. It is appreciated.

OfflineWes,
It's fixed now. :-)
There was a missing } in one of your custom css declarations which caused the problem.
