Here is the website: http://autismwithrhonda.com

Hosting – Hostgator
WP version – 3.1.1

I had the gallery showing just fine and had to deactivate the plugins to debug something else that it turns out was just fine also. I did update the WP version to 3.1.1 and deleted inactive plugins but did not add any new ones.

But after deactivating the plug in the gallery is showing black with the loading bar.

I read through the FAQ
I tried deactivating and activating the plugin.
I reset the setting to the default and reset the options.
I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
I checked the images and they look like they're all formatted correctly.
I checked the images for the five featured articles and they're all uploaded and available and configured correctly.
There are no warnings or error messages on the configure page.
I turned on the error messages and checked the source code and there are no error messages. The only message for the 5 featured articles are-

Which shows at the end of each feature article listed in the source code.

The only thing I noticed is that some of the images are coming from another source other than the media library for this website. Does that matter? It didn;t seem to matter before and these aren't in the current rotation.

I am out of ideas as to why this is happening especially since it was just fine before the plugins were disabled. I am happy to email an admin login if you need it.

Thank you for your help!!

Hi-

I see you've been on the forum and wonder if you have any ideas what might be causing this issue. This client has some high visibility events coming up and I'll have to restore the site as a last resort. I am out of ideas of what to do next short of restoration from the backup.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Corri

Update – I've been checking back on the forum and saw your answer to the other person whose gallery wasn't showing and switched from Moo Tools to javascript with success.

Any thought on why Moo Tools would suddenly stop working when no new plugins were added?

Mootools doesn't always play nice with other javascript plugins. I suspect you had a javascript conflict. The only way to be sure is to deactivate all other plugins and then reactivate one by one until the DCG (mootools) stops working.
