Please follow the forum rules:

This forum requires that you register with this site.

Registration takes only a minute and only requires that you provide a username and a valid email address.  We do not provide your email address to any third parties.  Our commitment to this is detailed in our Privacy policy.

1) The purpose of this forum is to provide support for the Dynamic Content Gallery for Wordpress.  I provide this support in my spare time and whilst every effort will be made to respond to questions as quickly as possible, please be patient.  I will answer all questions eventually.

2) Plugin customisation is available for a fee. Please don't post questions requesting customisation unless you are prepared to hire me.

3) Spamming is not allowed, and anything that resembles it will result in automatic deletion of your account and banning from the forum.

4) Please refrain from using derogatory or vulgar language – this is designed to be a friendly resource for visitors to this site and users of my plugin. Please be nice.

5) Please post a link to the site and mention the version of Wordpress you are using.

Thank you!

Topic Status:

To assist users, and me of course, in tracking issues etc, I have introduced a Topic Status flag which will be applied to each topic.

Topic Status flags are:

Open: Initial status for a new post, no answer given.

Unresolved: Either the topic is active and not yet resolved, or a fix has been proposed but the user has not yet confimred whether it worked or not.  In the latter case, the Status will be changed to Closed if time passes without response from the user.

Fixed: Issue solved and confirmed by user.

Closed: User reporting an issue has not responded to a proposed fix. After an unspecified period of time, probably a week or two, status will be moved to Closed.

Fixed in next release: Reported issue has identified a bug etc which will be fixed in the next release. These posts may well contain an interim fix too.
