Is it possible to make "slideInfoZone" editable? i mean if i can edit it for each image?

Yes! Open up each post in the Post Editor and enter your text in the DCG Metabox Slide Pane description box.

how can i make the "read more" button for the description and actually make a short description with link for the whole info? in manual mode

You would have to manually add the link HTML and link text as part of your DCG metabox description.

but how to make it exactly the same as auto mode does? where is the code that does it? actually puts "[more]" and link for the post? i know that i want to reinvent the bicycle

huh, i've made it =)
it is dfcg_the_content_limit function in dfcg_gallery_constructions
but returning to the first question, i don't know what "DCG Metabox Slide Pane description box" does but i need to edit the page title which doesn't change after editing "DCG Metabox Slide Pane description box"

just made another variable for title as for description.
