Hello everybody!
I installed DCG on my blog but it doesn't work with the theme I want. I've got the black screen with the loading bar.
I tried it with the twentyten theme and it works fine.
With my theme, I've checked the page source. I have no DCG error message (it works fine on twentyten theme anyway!).
I've deactivated all the other plugins and it still doesn't work!
Also, when I set Jquery instead of Mootools (javascript options), the gallery even disappears from my page.
When I set Mootools but disable it, I've still got the black screen with the loading bar!
Doesn't it work because I've got a custom-made theme?
I don't know anything but I've also tried with adding the WP Post Thumbnail support code to my theme but the code is already written in my theme's function.php file
code which is: add_theme_support('post-thumbnails');
Has anyone any ideas of what's wrong?
Cheers

OfflineGerald,
Make sure your custom theme has wp_head() in the header.php and wp_footer() in the footer.php.

Hi there!
Actually I haven't header.php and footer.php in my custom theme. I've got index.php, function.php and single.php.
All the look of my theme is coded in my index.php.
I know it doesn't make sense (but for someone like me that doesn't know anything about coding it could!), I copied Twentyten theme's header.php and footer.php in my theme and I also included in my index.php:
Although Twentyten's header and footer display in my page, the DCG is still black-screened with the loading bar
Maybe I missed something or the DCG is not compatible with my theme?

OfflineYou didn't quite answer my question…
Do you have wp_head() and wp_footer() function calls in your index.php?

OfflineGerald,
No, you don't need a header.php and footer.php, but you must have wp_head() located just before the closing tag, and wp_footer() immediately before the closing tag.
Assuming the above is ok, try switching the DCG to jQuery (DCG Settings > Javascript Options tab).
