DCG Showing Black Bar Of Doom In NEW static page

Hello All–
DCG is a beautiful plugin and works perfectly for me in my template. I, however, and trying to develop some pages outside of the template environment to act as a static homepage.

In order to render DCG, I have added the required javascripts, css, and the required function.

In the source, no errors are rendering and the content IS being pulled from the database properly (appearing in the source).

DCG version is 3.3.5
Wordpress version 3.1

Settings in DCG (as I have thoroughly read your FAQs and configuration guides):
Load Scripts – Home page only (since I MANUALLY inserted the scripts into the static page… I did test to ensure OTHER wouldn't change my result and it did not)
Box is checked to show source page errors

I am really stumped! I really, really appreciate any help you can offer. Any clues?

Looks like a javascript conflict to me, probably with another plugin.

It appears the problem was not with a plugin.

I had been loading the jquery library… and mootools didn't jive with that! All good now
