Help, I cant find the DCG Metabox Image URL field in my write post/page. All I can see there is a featured image dropdown. I'm using WP 3.0 and the site is youroptimalweight.com. I just migrated from Featured Content Gallery to Dynamic Content Gallery.

Hi,

Assuming the plugin is installed OK (it appears that it is, looking at your site), go to teh Write Post screen and click the Screen Options tab (top left) and make sure that teh DCG Metabox field is checked. If it doesn't appear at all, reinstall the plugin.

hi ade,

thanks for replying. I was able to attach DCG images the first time, but I have to edit the URLs because I placed the wrong ones there and when I went in the second time, it was gone. I've checked the screen options and there's no metabox field option there. i've reinstalled the plugin and still cannot find the DCG Metabox Image URL field in my write post page.

this happened on two of my sites already, but it's working smoothly on my other site.

ok, so I checked the write page and the DCG Metabox is there, but it isn't anywhere to be found in the write post page. thanks in advance for the help.

That's correct. If you have chosen the Pages gallery method, the metabox only appears in the Write Page screen. If you have chosen the One Category or Multi Option gallery methods, the metabox will only appear in the Write Post screen.
