The same thing has happened to me. Black box using Moo tools after upgrade.

What did you tweak that made it work?

Please post your URL so that I can see the problem in action. It may be possible that there is a javscript conflict. Whenever this situation occurs the only way to be sure is to disable all other plugins and see what happens.
