I am using JQuery and all works great apart from the fact that in IE7 and IE8 the gallery image shown is not 'clickable' to take you to the target page.
The left and right navigation arrows work, and show fine.
Is this a known issue with 3.3.2 and JQuery or do I have a problem with another plugin?
Here's my site: http://devhomes.bluefireblogs.com
In FF and Chrome – the images click through to the target page – in IE they do not.
Thank you for any help.

OfflineHi,
Yes, it's a known issue which will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, you can replace the existing jQuery script file with this one (link removed). Unzip it locally and use FTP to put it in your dynamic-content-gallery-plugin/js-jquery-smooth/scripts folder.

I replaced the jQuery script file with the one you attached above, but it still doesn't work. You can see this problem in action at both http://www.bigblueball.com and http://www.getbentflorida.com
I also flushed my browser cache and reloaded with same results.

OfflineJeff,
Don't use the above link (I should remove it).
Latest patch can be found here (Link removed).

OfflineJeff,
And the URLs please?
(PS: Let's deal with this issue here, rather than me having to bounce back and forth to the Studiopress forum. Thanks)
Also, check the demo on my site and see if you can click the image in IE. (It's currently running the jQuery script)

I've upgraded three sites, all using DCG with the jQuery framework.
These two work:
http://www.bigblueball.com
http://www.socalhiker.net
This one does not:

Hi Ade!
Thanks for a terrific plugin. I just wanted to ping this thread and see if any solution is available. I'm having the same problem using WP 3.0.3 and DCG 3.3.5 (with jQuery). The gallery is unclickable in IE, but works perfect in Firefox. (I'd post my URL to demonstrate, but I'm keeping the new site 100% private during development.)
Jeff, I see that your http://www.getbentflorida.com/ DCG is clickable now. Did you find a fix?
On a related note, I'd also like to be able to make the post headlines themselves clickable. Any way to do that w/o a plugin hack?
Best,
Darren

OfflineDarren,
Version 3.3.3 fixed the IE image link problem, so I'm not sure why you are having a problem. Can you post a link?
Yes, you would have to hack the plugin to make the heading clickable.

Hi there- same issue over here.
I'm on DCG 3.3.5
Image Management: auto
Carousel Thumbnails: legacy
Gallery Method: id-method | Default image is: http://96.0.143.169/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Vis…..tation.jpg
Descriptions: auto
Javascript Options: jquery
Load Scripts: Page ID => 4
Tools – Error Message options: on
I have WP 3.0 installed.
In IE8, the slide is not clickable, but the arrows are. The only modification made is a change in the CSS to reduce the size of the clickable arrows to be only the size of the arrows and not the segment of the panel top to bottom.
Has there been a fix?
