The DCG shows up black, the links on the DCG work but no pictures show up.

Hi,

The answer lies in the Error Messages printed in your Page Source:

<!– DCG Error Message 4: DCG Metabox Image URL is empty and Default Image does not exist. –>
<!– Rating: Non-critical. This error does not prevent the gallery from working properly. –>
<!– Fix: Enter an image URL in the DCG Metabox Image URL field for this Page/Post and/or define a Default Image in the DCG Settings page. –>

<!– DCG Error Message 7: You have less Posts in the selected Category than the number specified in the Settings Page. –>
<!– Rating: Non-critical. This error does not prevent the gallery from working properly. –>
<!– Fix: Reduce the "Number of Posts to display" in the DCG Settings page to match the Number of Posts found. –>
<!– Number of Posts to display as per DCG Settings = 6 –>

<!– Number of Posts found = 1 –>
<!– Number of Posts excluded by user = 0 –>

The first error means that you haven't entered an image URL in the DCG metabox.

More importantly, the second message means that the category you have selected (which Gallery Method are you using?) only contains 1 post. The DCG must have a minimum of 2 posts to work.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my post. I have decided to delete the plug-in. Not because it isn't a great plug-in, but because I'm just not getting it. after I get a little better at this I'm sure it will be on most of my sites. Thank you again.
