I upgraded to 3.3.1 for regular Wordpress but now one of my other plugins is not working. Can I get a copy of the earlier 3.2.3? I don't think I need the newer features in 3.3.1

Yes. Go to the DCG page on Wordpress.org and click the "Other Versions" link. You can then download 3.2.3.
What conflict do you have with 3.3.1? Are you using jQuery or Mootools? It would be really helpful to know what problems you are having so that I can fix them. :-)
