The images in the gallery carousel are being cropped instead of resizing. I can't seem to get them to resize!
* Added add_theme_support('post-thumbnails'); to theme's function.php.
I don't get any warning or message that Post Thumbnails are not supported with this theme, but figured it was worth a try.. tried with and without this.
Image Management: auto
Carousel Thumbnails: post-thumbnails
Gallery Method: multi-option
Javascript Options: mootools
Load Scripts: Home Page
Any ideas as to what I'm missing?
In dfcg_get_thumbnail() in dfcg-gallery-core.php, get_the_post_thumbnail() is returning an empty string, but I'm not sure why and I'm not sure what that means.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you actually set the Featured Image in each relevant post (in the Write Post Editor)?

Yes, I tried setting the Featured Image.
I tried each of the following individually and in combination with each other:
1. Set the Featured Image for the post
2. Set the FULL URL in teh DCG Metabox for the post
3. Embedding the image in the post itself
I'm completely at a loss.

Ok! You haven't Set Featured Image – which is why the thumbs aren't being resized. I've now done this in the first post, and you will see that the thumb is now resized in the carousel.
I probably need to improve my user instructions… 
So, to recap:
1. Inserting the image in the post does not automatically set this image as the Featured Image.
2. You have to set the Featured image for each post.
3. The DCG thumbs use the featured image.

I had tried to set the Featured Image previously but I didn't see any difference. Maybe there's something I'm not understanding. In the carousel, I don't see the thumb being resized at all for the post where you set the featured image.
This is a screenshot… are you seeing something different?
First is what is appearing in the carousel. The second is what I'm expecting.
What am I missing?

We're talking about the carousel, not the main image. here's a screenshot:
As you can see, the first thumb is resized, the second isn't.

AAAAHHHH ok.. I'm so sorry for the miscommunication. I didn't even realize that you had those thumbnails up there. I was only aware of the main images that faded in and out.
Does your plugin allow for resizing the main image at all or do I have to provide the right sized image?
